MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: If over the age if 18, candidate must be a member of the Kern County Basque Club. If under the age of 18, parent(s) of candidate must be a member of the Kern County Basque Club. Candidate must have a minimum 2.75 GPA to qualify.
ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED (MUST INCLUDE A CURRENT PHOTO - see 6 requirements below)

APPLICATION PACKET NEEDS TO INCLUDE:
1. Completed application form (Fill out, Print and Click Submit button)
2. Official transcripts from current school
3. 250 word essay telling us about yourself and your ties to the Basque community
4. Letter of recommendation from an instructor/counselor
5. Letter of recommendation from a member of the Kern County Basque Club
6. Current photograph - (if selected, picture will be used in the Annual Picnic Program)
