The Society of Basque Studies in America congratulates the Kern County Basque Club and all 280 guests at the 18th Annual Basque Hall of Fame for supporting this event which will go on record as in important chapter in the history of Basques in the Americas. Each honoree will be awarded with a plaque and a summary plaque with biographic data will be placed at the Basque Museum in Boise, Idaho. This history is intended for future generations so that they may understand, cherish and celebrate the contributions of their forebears.
